Limited Warranty for Defective Products

At ARTIFYNOTE, we are committed to the quality of our products and the satisfaction of our customers. Therefore, we guarantee that all our products are free from manufacturing and material defects for a period of three (3) years for sales in Spain and one (1) year for international sales from the date of delivery.

Warranty Coverage

  1. Manufacturing and material defects:
    • During the warranty period, if the product has manufacturing or material defects, we will repair or replace it at no additional cost.
    • The replacement will be the same model originally purchased or, failing that, an equivalent one if the original model is discontinued.
  2. Warranty exclusions:
    • Misuse or normal wear and tear: This warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, natural wear and tear, poor maintenance, or failure to follow the instructions in the user manual.
    • Artificial damage: Damage caused by factors such as drops, unauthorized repairs, modifications, improper disassembly, alterations to the production date or product identification codes, and any use outside the specifications indicated in the instruction manual are excluded.
  3. Accessories: The warranty does not extend to accessories included with the product, unless otherwise specified.

Warranty Duration

  • The warranty is valid for three (3) years for national sales (Spain) and one (1) year for international sales from the date of delivery of the product to the customer.
  • Any repair, replacement of parts, or substitution of products within the warranty period will not extend the warranty period, but the repairs and parts will be covered for the remaining time of the original warranty.

How to Claim the Warranty

To process the warranty, follow these steps:

  1. Keep your proof of purchase: This document will be necessary to verify the validity of the warranty.
  2. Contact:
    • Please contact ARTIFYNOTE customer service at support@artifynote.com or the authorized retailer where you purchased the product.
  3. Assessment:
    • Our team will evaluate the product to determine if the defect is covered by the warranty. If the defect meets the warranty terms, we will arrange for repair or replacement at no additional cost.

Consumer Rights

This guarantee is offered in addition to the statutory consumer rights established by Spanish and European Union legislation. The guarantee does not affect your inalienable rights as a consumer under the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users (Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007).
